Printable isometric paper
Generate printable isometric (triangle) graph paper or isometric dot paper with custom spacing, for 3D sketches, game maps and design.
Isometric paper is built from equilateral triangles: horizontal lines plus lines at 60° and 120°. It makes it easy to draw 3D-looking objects, from engineering sketches to game maps and quilt designs. Choose “isometric dots” for a lighter guide.
The spacing you enter is the length of each triangle side; rows are spaced at side × √3⁄2.
Printing at the right size
The page is drawn at its true physical size in millimeters. For exact spacing, print at 100% scale (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”. Check by measuring 10 squares with a ruler.
Printing tip: in the print dialog, set margins to “Default” or “None”, turn off “Headers and footers”, and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer if you want a PDF file.
